Terms and Conditions
Package Purchasing Policies
- All packages including store value packages sold are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. Reminders will be sent to all guests one month in advance prior to the expiry date.
- Store value package cannot be used for purchasing another package. Conversion shall be based on principal pre-paid amount excluding free value perks. Not valid for other discounts and promotions.
- Service perk(s) or unused value shall be forfeited upon completion of each course. Guests are encouraged to cater extra time for our therapists to complete such service(s).
- Removal perk(s) only applicable to prior related treatment(s) done in our spa. We do not provide free removal service for treatment(s) done outside our spa. It is at our spa discretion to determine if free removal perk will be granted. Guests are obligated to pay for the rendered service(s) if it reasonably believed that prior related treatment(s) was not performed at our outlet.
- Massage extended time is in blocks of 30mins for body and 20mins for foot. Guests are required to consume the minimum time base on package purchased.
- We provide paint touch-up free of charge within 3 days from the date of service.
Price and Surcharge
- All spa and beauty treatment price and surcharge(s) are subjected to change without prior notice.
- However, we will honor the price quoted at the time of booking. Guests are encouraged to ask for treatment quotation send via email or SMS before making the reservation(s). Presenting record of the committed price will be preferred on ala-carte treatment(s).
- Walk-in guests are advice to refer to our standard price list displayed at counter before proceeding to the treatment(s)required.
- All packages and treatment(s) price does not include surcharge(s) and presented base on standard service(s) expectation.
- Guests are required to pay for surcharge(s) base on following conditions;
- Additional $5 and $10 per service shall apply on man’s treatment and waxing service respectively.
- Additional $10 per service shall apply on feet particularly on gel and acrylic service(s).
- Additional $8 & above per service shall apply during festive seasons particularly during CNY.
- Additional 20% more for nail length beyond average length.
- Additional 20% more for use of hard wax on non-sensitive area(s) upon request.
- Additional 50% more for buffing off gel nails beyond standard thickness.
- 100% price will be charged for request to buff off nails as close as full removal for in-fill service.
- Callus feet treatment is subjective to skin condition. Up to a maximum charge of $30 per session.
- Nail art price displayed does not include diamonds and pearls.
Refund and Exchange
- No refund is given for partially used package(s) since they are purchased at a discounted rate. Only conversion of available package(s) is allowed.
- For ala-carte service(s), there will be no exchange or refund. Once treatment started, buyer is liable for payment.
Package Conversion
- Calculation of package conversion shall be base on past service(s) rendered; including use of free service perk(s) bundled within the used package; using standard price list, to derive the balance in dollar value of the existing package(s).
- Guests are required to make up the value difference in full for the new converted package(s) in order to take effect of the change immediately. No further conversion for the same is allowed thereafter.
Service and Product
- A 5 days cooling off period from the date of package(s) purchased shall be granted for all guests who wish to seek full refund of payment made if they do not wish to proceed; provided no sessions have been used as a form of our service guarantees. A 10% equivalent of the package(s) amount shall be imposed for administrative charge. Refund in cash/cheque will be provided within 5 days from the request. Guests are required to visit the spa personally for refund of payment. However, guests are not compelled to purchase any treatment(s) or product(s). Guests should consider their own needs and decide accord.
- As a form of product warranties, products can be accepted for exchange ONLY with original receipt(s) when unopened and in original packaging. No exchange will be given after 7 days of purchase or if product has been opened or tampered with.
Deposit
- We only accept 50% deposit for reservation of package(s). Guests are allowed to utilize the package(s) of lower value; base on standard treatment(s) price compared to the amount of deposit paid. Guests are required to make full payment within 6 months from the date of first payment. Deposit shall be forfeited after the said time frame. No cancellation is allowed since customer has opted to enjoy such privilege.
Gift Voucher
- Valid for 6 months from the date of issue unless stated.
- Guests are required to inform in advance at the point of treatment booking(s) if voucher(s) will be used.
- Voucher(s) must be presented at reception, without demand.
- Voucher(s) are not be used with any other promotions or discounts.
- Except as required by law, voucher(s) are not redeemable or exchangeable for cash.
- Voucher(s) cannot be used to purchase voucher(s).
- Voucher(s) are not valid until payment has been received and successfully processed.
- We reserve the right to refuse service(s) or reverse any voucher(s) purchase for any reason and return the funds to the purchaser.
- We reserve the right to immediately invalidate voucher(s), without notice, should it receive a credit card chargeback, returned check or other form of repudiated payment made towards the voucher(s).
- Voucher(s) are only redeemable for the amount or service specified on the gift receipt.
- If purchase exceeds the amount listed on the voucher(s), the redeemer is responsible for paying the difference at the time of redemption.
- Any unused balance of the voucher(s) will remain until redeemed. However, no change will be given.
- Voucher(s) is only applicable once per user on every promotion. We reserve the right to dishonor the voucher(s), if it reasonably believes it was not validly purchased, has already been redeemed, or the redeemer stole or is otherwise not the intended beneficiary of the purchaser.
- For security purposes, recipient may be required to show valid ID before he or she can redeem the voucher(s).
- De Nailz Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen voucher(s). Reasonable and prudent steps are taken to verify the legitimacy of a redeemer and upon full redemption; the voucher(s) will be identified as not valid for payment of any kind.
- De Nailz Spa may, at its sole option and discretion (unless required by law) replace a lost gift certificate, provided the original gift certificate is valid, has not been redeemed and the replacement is issued to the verifiable beneficiary of such gift certificate. Such replacement will be the beneficiary’s sole remedy for such lost or misplaced gift certificates.
